“Welcome home." Maybe a trite greeting, but for Charleston-based lead designer Cortney Bishop, it truly is that simple when it comes to design. This philosophy with Cortney’s trained eye has enabled her to re-imagine interior spaces without bounds.  CBD's craft has resulted in a robust portfolio of diverse, inspiring residential and commercial projects, each reflective of a client’s lifestyle, personality and aesthetic. Cortney and her team partnered with local artisans to create custom experiences for each residence.

Kevan Hoertdoerfer Architects

Kevan Hoertdoerfer Architects is an architecture practice dedicated to the craft & art of making places and their relationship to the individual. The firm has experience in all building types and blends a unique background of architecture, ecology, construction, education, and craftsmanship to each project. A practice premised on the belief that the power of architecture lies in its ability to enrich the lives of its inhabitants. Kevan Hoertdoerfer Architects was founded in 1998 and is based in Charleston, South Carolina.

Andy Hines

With 20 years of experience in sales leadership, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Andy Hines has worked alongside some of the finest real estate developers in top destinations across the country. Andy’s career began with sales and marketing efforts focused on golf course developments across the South, working with top-tier golf course architects Jack Nicklaus, Tom Fazio and Arnold Palmer along the way. He later joined East West Partners in Denver to successfully launch an urban master-planned neighborhood with condominiums, townhomes, as well as retail. Since returning home to South Carolina, Andy has continued to work closely with developers across the region, most recently overseeing sales for a 2,000-acre master planned community in Charleston. Andy continues to be a master innovator in the luxury real estate market by leveraging strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging real estate trends. When he’s not working, you can find Andy on the water with his wife, Barbara, and two boys, Hollan and Henry.

Elizabeth Madigan

A recipient of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors’ Realtors of Distinction Award, Sales Executive Elizabeth Madigan is responsible for nearly $50 million in sales at The Gadsden, a luxury parkside residential development in downtown Charleston. A Florida native, Elizabeth graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina in 2007, earning her degree in finance with a concentration in real estate. Elizabeth began her career with a Charleston-based home builder before moving into a sales and marketing position in the building supply industry. After earning her real estate license in 2016, Elizabeth was focused on selling luxury properties in the Lowcountry when she first discovered East West Partners. With quality properties in high demand in Charleston, the fast-moving project keeps her both busy and inspired. Elizabeth has called Charleston home for 13 years, and in her free time, she enjoys exploring Charleston’s exceptional restaurant scene and spending time on the Lowcountry waterways.
